Q. What is your return policy?
A. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any beads you've purchased from me, you may return it for a refund. Please obtain a refund authorization by emailing me within 10 days of receipt of the item. Refunds do not include return shipping costs.
Q. Do you do custom work?
A. Not at this time, sorry.....
Q. When do you post your Beads for Sale?
A. I have been posting my beads around noon, EST to give the folks on the west coast an equal chance at buying my beads
Q. What is your shipping charge?
A. It costs $2.50 for first class shipping and .50 cents for any addtional item. Or it's $4.60 for Priority Shipping. If you are out side of the US it costs $5.00 for First Class International or $16.00 for Priority Mail International.
